Hello I am using Office 365 2016 and only on Powerpoint I don't have the Restrict Access command under Document Protect or under the View tab..I did updates which didn't resolve the problem. Any ideas or does this version just not come with this feature still learning the apps so all help appreciated.

Thanks

Virginia

This is not available under any tab. You can access this from File > Info > Protect Presentation.

Also, you can add this to QAT (Quick Access Toolbar)

ALT+T+O (or File > Options) > Quick Access Toolbar > Select All Commands in Blue Zone > Now press R in below which will make you reach the entries starting R > Scroll down to Restrict Access and Add it to QAT

Thanks for the response "E" I had already looked under Protect Presentation and there are only three options mark as final, encrypt with password, and digital signature it just doesn't have restrict access option. I did try your suggestion to add to the qat but when I click on it nothing happens. I have office 365 my other programs are intact just this one problem with Powerpoint. So not sure what to do but call Geek squad maybe I purchased it at Best Buy. I chatted with MS tech support and that did not go well I also updated and it says I have version 1702 but again I do thank you for trying to help.
