Update a OneNote Distributed Page

Question

I am using OneNote and ClassNotebook to share information with my students.  I am copying and pasting word documents into OneNote for distribution.  Is there a way to update the OneNote page and have it update everyone that I shared it with?

What do you mean about " Update a OneNote Distributed Page"?

If you mean whether there is a way that the students who you shared a OneNote file with can receive updates in it automatically when you update some information in it at the same time,  it is possible. I suggest you achieve your requirement via Class Notebook.

Class Notebook is a good feature for teachers and students to go on their work. If you create a new Class Notebook in Office 365 and share some information in the students’ sections, the students will see the updates in the Class Notebook via the Class Notebook’s URL.

Is here a way to make this a requested feature?  I know that many other teachers would be interested in this.

I am utilizing class notebook with my students.  My question is this:

I create a page in OneNote.  I already have my class notebooks set up.  I do a cross notebook distribution of the page and place it in their folders that I have created.  Now I need to make a change to that page that I distributed, add something, change a question,etc.  Does that change show up on the page that I shared?  Do I have to re distribute?

Thank you for your help.  I am getting conflicting results about this already being a feature, but seeing the number of requests on the feedback page I'm guessing that it is not.  I voted for the idea in the feedback page.
