Can't create service request

Utterly sick to death with the endless problems in this service. Now when I try to create a new sr I get this:

    This seems to be a temporary issue, if the issue still occurs, could you confirm the following information?

    1. Have you tried this in different browsers? Does the issue persists?
    2. Please clear browser cache and check the issue again.
