microsoft 365 hosted sharepoint: document set error

Greetings,

I'm developing on a MS hosted so I believe I should have all the necessary rights. Doc Sets are not working. I've created Doc Sets in the past, just not on a MS hosted site. Any recommendations?

Web Error:

Sorry, something went wrong

The "DocumentSetPropertiesWebPart" Web Part appears to be causing a problem. Value does not fall within the expected range.

    Hi MaxKante,

To clarify the issue, I’d like to confirm the following.

    1. What do you mean about “a MS hosted”? Do you SharePoint Online?
    2. What do you do when you encountered the error messages you mentioned above? Do you have the issue when entering the welcome page of the Document Set? Could you give us some detailed steps about what you do?
    3. If the Document Set you entered is the one which is created in the SharePoint Server, I’d like to know how you import it to SharePoint Online, by saving a library where the Document Set is as a template and then importing it to SharePoint Online or by using a third-party tool?

    a. If you create the same Document Set in the SharePoint site, what’s the outcome.

    b. If you import the Document Set to another SharePoint site, does the issue occur?

    Thanks,

    Cliff
