OneNote not syncing

Question

I've restarted it several times.

This is the error message:

We're sorry, something went wrong during sync. We'll try again later. (Error code: 0x803D0020) The supplied endpoint URL 'https://entuedu-my.sharepoint.com/personal/zhan0442_e_ntu_edu_sg/Documents/#ZHANG @ Nanyang Technological University/_vti_bin/webs.asmx' is invalid for this operation.; The URL 'https://entuedu-my.sharepoint.com/personal/zhan0442_e_ntu_edu_sg/Documents/#ZHANG @ Nanyang Technological University/_vti_bin/webs.asmx' is not valid.; The characters ' @ Nanyang Technological University/_vti_bin/webs.asmx' are not expected.

I agree with Bernd P., you need to contact your sharepoint administrator.

I'm using both OneNote 2016 and just 'OneNote' (Version 17.7466.57631.0, it says), and OneNote 2016 is syncing fine but OneNote isn't.

OneNote came with my Lenovo Yoga 260, and I haven't made any updates to it.

You should contact your Sharepoint administration, presenting them the messages.
