error 1935 with office 2010 installation

the installation disk of office 2010 (received from Microsoft) can not run till the end of the installation : a 1935 error is noted: itis written that the module  9DA4DC8A-9731-3FOE-8BD5-FC17CA6848AD stopped the installation .

I have a new computer in replacement of my old one and I can't install office 2010. I had last year an office 2013 version but don't have any disk, due to the fact that I downloaded it directly by internet on my old computer.

Can you help me ?

The same 1935 problem was asked in the discussions in the community but not exactly the same problem: I can't end the downloading opposite to the other person who had some trouble but had installed the soft on the computer.

I have Windows 10.

thanks a lot in advance

I had another older version office . I tried it too without any success.

But since I asked that question, I found THE solution. It is really very simple but not explained anywhere: office365 is proposed to be installed and if you ckick (2 times) to install it, you have effectively the beginning of the installation and have to pay the licence even if you have another previous version.

But if you ckick (left one)  only one time on this version, you will see three possibility appear on your screen, of course the first is install office 365 but the 3rd one is "enter your key code" ... What does it mean ??? The keycode for the new office 365? NO -->  I entered the key code of my previous office 2013 version and Youppie !! Windows began to search the office version which is linked to that key code. And installation is automatic and rapid. It detected that my version was a pro one and I have now the entire office 2013 available.

What I Wonder is the simplicity. What I don't appreciate from Microsoft is that it is nowhere explained by Microsoft. I think it is now a common problem that a lot of person could have due to the fact that now, only a key code is given without any installation disk when it is still possible( what was not the case for me).

Thanks a lot for your questions and the help you were ready to give me !

Do you have another office version or trial installed that you failed to uninstall first?

Is your win10 PC up to date with important updates? - there are no failed updates?

The error code indicates a .Net problem https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/help/926804/error-1935-when-you-try-to-install-microsoft-office-2010-or-2007
