Onenote Remove Old Notebook from Sync

Hi there.  A year ago, when I started using Onenote, I must have stored my QuickNotes in a certain place on my desktop because there is a always a Notebook now called QuickNotes that does not sync.  If I click on the notebook in the Sync window, I get error messages saying that it cannot be found (or I may be offline, which I am not).  How do I just remove this notebook entry from the sync window, so it just shows the Notebooks that are active.   I have tried the usual right-clicking, but it obstinately persists, despite having not synced for 358 days!  Thanks very much.  Mike
