Hi,

I am getting the following error when trying to access my non-profit admin panel through the link sent to me when creating my account, and also when using the tile on my 365 account:

Bad Request - Request Too Long

HTTP Error 400. The size of the request headers is too long.

Any suggestions how i can resolve this please?

Thanks,

Nathan

The issue is with MS programmers using the same bad coding practices over and over again. It happens pretty much every other month as they introduce new cookies for telemetry or whatever purposes and dont ever bother to check their size. All you need to do to resolve it is to clear those cookies, however in the case of IE this unfortunately means clearing ALL cookies (yet another great practice employed by MS).

Once you get to the portal, make sure to use the feedback button to tell them what you think about this :)

    Hi,

Logged back into the admin panel before i saw these responses and seemed to be working! I think i had cleared my cookies inbetween logons so that probably helped!

    Thanks,

    Nathan

    Hi Nathan,

I would like to suggest you check the following:

        1. Use other browsers to access your account in Office 365 portal.

        2. Clear corrupt website cookie for your browsers.

        3. Decrease the number of Active Directory groups that the user is a member of. For more information: https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/kb/2020943

If the issue persists, please provide the information below:

        1. Which browser do you use to access your account?

        2. Detailed steps and related screenshots about how you encounter the issue in Office 365 portal.

    Regards,

    Yoga
