OneNote 2016 - Inserting multiple page documents as one long page

I cannot get my OneNote to insert/print to OneNote as a continuous page. I have unchecked the box "Insert long documents as multiple pages" in the Options/Advanced section - multiple times, just trying to get it to work for me. It happens whether I print to OneNote or just drag and drop PDFs. Other people in my org and just uncheck the box, and it works. What the heck is going on? Driving me crazy.

Thank you for responding. We reinstalled OneNote 2016 on my desktop yesterday. It saved my previous settings so the box was already unchecked. Still prints multiple page documents in multiple pages. Perhaps I'm doing something wrong, or misunderstanding how it should work.

Hi. Thank you for trying to help. I just completed this repair, but it still won't insert or print to OneNote as one continuous document/page. It's driving me crazy.

Have you tried uninstalling the app then install it again? If not yet, we suggest re-installing OneNote and check if the same issue will persist.

Tell us what would be the result.
