Inserting rows problem

How do I insert rows if I keep getting this error message "This won't work because it would move cells in a table on your worksheet"?

Microsoft 365 and Office | Excel | For home | Windows

    Hi,

    To address your concern, we'd like to know the following:

    • Are there any Pivots you want to keep as is?
    • Are you trying to move cells from multiple sheets?
    • Have you tested selecting all of the sheets before moving it to another sheet?

    In the meantime, if you can provide a screenshot of the concern it would be a help to us to isolate the concern.

    Thanks. I resorted to clearing all of the data validations. Some how that worked.
