OneNote Error

How do I correct the error I'm seeing in OneNote 2016 (see below). The error is "it looks like this section file is corrupted. OneNote might be able to fix it, but you should avoid working here in the meantime. I've tried the following to fix it:

Click-Start-->Run, and type:onenote.exe /forcerepair "filepath" where filepath (in quotes!) is the full path to the file that is corrupted. You can get this path by hovering the mouse over the section tab in OneNote. It's probably something like, "C:\Documents and Settings\your-name\My Documents\OneNote Notebooks\notebook-name\section-name.one" 

In OneNote, went to File-->Info-->Open Backups, and open the latest backup. If the file looks fine, you can drag it into your notebook and delete the corrupt file...didn't work

Ran the Microsoft Configuration Analyzer Tool it didn't help.

    This issue happens because some part of OneNote has been corrupted. To fix this kind of issue, we suggest repairing your Office application by following the steps indicated in this link.
