Excel graphs with "ral"

Question

Hi everyone, I've searched for this topic in other places, but couldn't find anything of the like. So, here is my problem:

Whenever I exchange a file (excel or word) with my coworkers that has a graph from excel, they always open it and the graph shows like this:

But this is the graph I sent them:

Does anyone know how to fix this issue?

Obs.: I exchange files by facebook. My office version is 2007 and they have the 2010.

Perhaps your Excel 2007 version files are not opened in Excel 2010 properly - perhaps Excel 2010 needs some setting / re-setting.
