Bought the wrong subscription

i bought the wrong subscription for office and now i cant use the subscription on my laptop. is there any way we can change the subscription to one that allows me to use my laptop?

Hi Guadalupe,

A subscription license is required for each user to install Office 365 applications on 5 PCs or Macs. Please make sure your situation is under the quota. About 'i cant use the subscription on my laptop', do you receive any error message when using the subscription? If so, please share the screenshot with us.

You are able to cancel the current subscription service you are using and subscribe the target one that you want. If further assistance regarding wrong subscription cancellation or any pre-sale information required, could you please kindly provide related Office 365 tenant information for our review and action?  I have sent you a private message to collect the information and you can access the pm via the link below:
