Visual Studio 2019 "Installer has Stopped Working" error, how can i solve it ?

I was downloading Visual Studio 2019 in windows 7, but when i click on the installer, it keeps getting the "Visual Studio Installer Has Stopped Working" Error while the last time i download it, it still working good, but after i reset my computer, it keeps getting that error everytime

    Please remove the folder: C:\Program Files (x86)\Microsoft Visual Studio\Installer. Then, re-download the bootstrapper file from the following Microsoft Site and run it as administrator.
