Since the update on 9-25-16, I have been unable to print from Word without 1st saving and 2nd saving as a PDF file. Even if I save as a PDF file (which I do not want to do), I still am unable to print. I just want to print a document, not save it.

Make sure that the correct printer is set as the default in Windows. Also, note that you may have to update or reinstall the printer driver. For more, see the link that Doug posted.
