after one note was updated recently, all of my sections have ended up in a misplaced sections notebook where the section title has a grey colour. None of the pages are loading, instead there is just a loading page sign.
There is also a sync error message that says 'OneNote couldn't sync some changes in this section. Copy what you need to another notebook, or delete this section'.

For what it's worth, I'm having a very similar problem. A few of my pages are in a perpetual "Loading Page" status, and are not loading. Very frustrating!!!
Any solutions yet? I checked the links provided and nothing worked yet.
just attached the screenshot. some of sections (the one in yellow which is visible is accessible and has some of the pages still available, but some have been deleted). Whereas, the ones in grey always show the loading page and spinner and none of my pages are there. I cannot copy and paste these sections into a new notebook either.
have you tried to follow the troubleshooting steps at the bottom of the page?
