error code 1502

I have windows 10

I have just uploaded visio 2002 professional . all upload ok.

Try to use any template and I get an error code 1502

Any help appreciated

    Run Visio as administrator. Right-click the Visio icon in startup, click 'More', then 'Run as administrator'. Works for me.

    I tried this, and there is no compatibility tab to open after opening properties ?

    Any further thoughts ?

    Visio 2002 and Office XP applications are not certified compatible with Windows 10. You need to upgrade to a recent revision of Visio such as version 2010, 2013 or 2016.

    You can try compatibility mode to see if it works:
