Image blurry in forms

We are trying to use Office 365 Forms and put our logo in at the top where you can insert an image.  No matter what size I try and what pixels per inch it always comes out blurry and fuzzy.  How can I rectify this please?  Has anyone got the image specs that we should be using?

Thank You!

Hi Jenny,

There is no any public information about the image specs we should be using and we haven't got it either.

Based on my test, the blurry issue may be related to the image pixels and size of your company logo itself. I have tried my best to adjust it and it looks a litter better than yours. I have sent it to your via the private message. If you think it is still not good enough, you may involve the professional retouching staff to help you adjust the pixels and size or redesign the logo.

If you have any concerns about this, I'd like to invite you to share your ideas through uservoice via the link below. This is the best way to influence the product.

    Hi Yoga,

Thanks for the reply.  I insert the image the same way you did above.  I have created an 800 x 800 pixel image, tried to insert that and this is what I get:

Below is the view in form creator view which is good, but when viewing the 'live' version we get the blurry image above. :

    Any more help greatly appreciated!

    Thanks

    Jenny

    Hi Jenny,

    Thanks for your reply.

The image looks well at the top in Microsoft Forms. I suggest you open the page in other browsers or open it in InPrivate browser to check if the issue persists.

Besides, to further investigate the issue, can you please provide the image for us? So we can check it from our side. To protect your privacy, I have sent you a private message for the information, you can access it via this link: https://answers.microsoft.com/en-us/privatemessages/list

    Regards,

    Yoga
