Get & Transform Error: The Web.Page function requires Active Scripting to be enebled

After the recent updates, I am unable to use Get and Transform and getting the below error:

My Active Scripting is already enabled on each Web browser, including Internet Explorer but I can't seem to find any help related to this and I don't know how to fix. 

FYI, I am using Office 365, Pro and my Excel Version is : 

Microsoft 365 and Office | Excel | For home | Windows

    Please try to double check your credentials when signing in. Also please take note that not all 365 account is a Microsoft account. If you are really unable to to sign with your correct 365 account credentials, kindly sign-up for a Microsoft account.

    Let us know if you manage to sign-in.

    Thank you. However, It is asking me to create another account to post a question? Why can't I log in using my 365 account?
