Strange problems when migrating users from on premises to cloud

hi,

office 365 configured in hybrid mode with exchange 2010. i don't know what is happened because we cant any more migrate users from on premises to cloud.

normally we follow this process when creating new user

  1. create user account in ad
  2. add mailbox to user in exchange 2010 management console
  3. run directory sync
  4. open portal.office.com and start migration
  5. add license to user in office 365

eerything seems to work because the migration process completes successfully in office 365 but the user still doesn't have a mailbox. when i open the migrated user and view the migration batch i can see that something is wrong. what could be the issue with this? this is not problem with single user. this is happening for every new user.

migration log contains these errors:

corrupted item was encountered: unable to translate principals to the target mailbox: failed to find a principal in the target forest that corresponds to the following source forest principal values: sid: s-1-5-21-3053303903-870980443-1928736164-6339; objectguid: be20456b-c28c-4ff1-8e4b-5b17714b82ef;.
