Windows Live Admin Center

Question

I used to working with windows live custom domain service. Now i know that it's closed and need to upgrade office 365.

What i wanted to know is if i upgrade my account to office 365, will i be able to see my web site visitors' emails that they created from my web page since 2008. My web page had a sign up link that the visitors of web site could create email accounts like *** Email address is removed for privacy *** etc. Will i able to see the list of my email users whose created emails from my website?

I need this information beacuse of a legal issue. One of that email account user is wanted in my country from cyber crime fighters association. And i need to proof, that email account is not mine, it's just an ordinary visitor account from my web site.

Hi Murat,

I understand that you want to know if you can still see the user account list which is created in Windows Live Admin Center when migrating from Windows Live to Office 365.

Generally, we can import mailbox items from others mail server to Office 365. But, just as you said, you are unable to access to the Windows Live Admin Center now which means that you cannot export these items from Windows Live. So I suggest you go to theWindows Live Forumfor further assistance since our forum mainly focuses on Office 365 Online services.

My users' mails were hosted by windows live mail, and i could see the email list whose create email account from my web site in windows live admin center.

I just need that email list, when i was last checked there were more than 100 accounts in it. Than microsoft shutted down the windows live admin center and now i don't know what to do.

I read somewhere else microsoft does not hold logs and informations from windows live custom domain service.

Hi Murat,

May I confirm where your web site be hosted? If you host your web site on a third-party web site hosting provider or your own server, and only host your domain service at Office 365 side, Office 365 doesn’t get any data from the users who visit your web site. In this case, you may not be able to check the user accounts at Office 365 side. Instead, you may need to confirm with your web site hosting provider if you host your web site on a third party provider, or check on your server.
