Hi All

I am having a problem with content Control in office word.

The first problem i have is below;

I have created a template document were users insert text in certain areas of the document. I had done this my using content control Rich text format. So to make the process easy I also am creating a "clear" button. I want that when pressing the clear button through vba each content control I have within my document is cleared of text but not deleted.

The second problem is this;

Each time I print the document this text also is included "Click Here to Enter Text.". Could i create a "Print" button that when printing the document if there are certain content control that are empty of text the text "Click Here to Enter Text." is not printed but shown within the document only.

Thanks for your help.

Regards

Owen

Instead of creating a "template document," create an actual template (.dotx). When users use this, a new document (with empty content controls) will be created each time.
