Access 2016 reports wizard is missing

Good day,

when using Access 2016 and attempting to import data from Outlook, after you select the Outlook folder, I get an error stating:

"Microsoft Access can't find the wizard. This wizard has not been installed, ...."

I have ensured that "C:\Program Files (x86)\Microsoft Office\Root\Office16\ACCWIZ" is the Trusted Locations and have also done a reinstall off the Office 365 for Home.

If anyone has experienced this and knows how to resolve it, please share !

Thanks,

Frank.

Hello Francois,

Getting error message: "Microsoft Access can't find the wizard. This wizard has not been installed. " is because there might be an incorrect setting in the Windows Registry, or the wizard has been disabled. Follow these instructions to enable this wizard:

  1. Click the File tab > Access Options.
  2. Click Add-ins.
  3. In the Manage list, click Disabled Items > Go.

However, we also suggest that you run a repair to the Office application. Follow the step by step instructions provided on this link: Repair an Office application.

If you need further help, let us know.

Best.

I have this exact issue, and have done a local and on-line Office 365 Repair, but I still get the message, "Microsoft Access can't find the wizard.  This wizard has not been installed, or there is an incorrect setting int the Windows Registry."  I am trying to link Office 365 Outlook Inbox as table in Office 365 MS Access..
