Missing labels from Access Report

I have been printing a report for many years and suddenly the labels have stop being printed.  I am not aware of having changed anything.  The labels are clearly there when I look at form design, but not visible on a print preview or a printout.  Other reports are still printing as normal.  Database originally Access 2010 but updated to 2016 earlier this year.

    > when I look at form design

I'm assuming you mean "report design"

I have not seen this problem. To trouble-shoot, make some minor changes like:

    • give one label another color
    • change the font, and font size
    • print to PDF - are the labels there?

Is this happening to all databases, including a sample database (File > New)?

    For all users?
