Sway: problem with iframe authentication

Hi to all community!

I've got this problem: I'm using an iFrame reference into a sharepoint web part. But I'm faced to an authentication problem!

Into the iFrame space I was asked to autenticate vs sway (note I'm ACTIVE on mySway in an other tab of my browser); then I've a pop up instance that -automatically-  authenticate me. Afther I close the pop up the iFrame page remain blocked on sending the auth request !!

This is an infinite loop! And happen only with IE Explorer 11 !! On other browsers (i.e. Opera, Chrome) I was asked to authenticate with my credential and after this all is functionate ...

Have some guys experimented the same ??

Thank in advance for suggestion

Are you saying your colleague is or is not reproing the issue with Chrome?  I wouldn't expect it to repro with Chrome as it doesn't automatically login based on OS credentials.

One thing you could try is emptying your browser cache for IE and trying again.

    Tanks Jason for the reply!

I was thinking around this issue too. Effectively I use a company user account to log into O365 that's is the same of my email account (in the form ******@domain.it). The difference is that the account for logging into OS or Sharepoint use the Active Directory uid that's a numeric field. So I think that's the problem must be into a difference between the field's used for AD authentication. But the strange thing is that my collegue (that's have the same configuration) authenticate regulary in sharepoint and sway without ant problem!! The pardox is that he have an identical situation like mine with chrome!!

    Hi Ago,

One area where IE is different is that it can automatically get credentials from the OS if you logged in with an O365 or MS account.  Are you using the same or different accounts to login to Windows, Sway, and SharePoint?
