Excel Connections error message

I download a file from Business Objects to a CSV file on my computer.  I have an Excel spreadsheet in which I use the Connections tab Refresh function to import this CSV file.  This has worked for months and months.  Now, suddenly, when I click the Refresh button, I receive the following message:

"[Microsoft][ODBC Driver Manager] Data source name not found and no default driver specified".

I opened the Connections' Properties view and browsed to and entered the CSV file in the Connection File name cell.  After pressing OK, I received the following message:

"You cannot choose a connection file that is incompatible with the existing connection."

I did recently receive a new desktop at work.  IT copied my old PC platform to the new PC (not sure that's what it's called), but that is the only thing that's changed since I last used this Excel spreadsheet.

Help, please!  Can someone tell me what I need to do to get this to work properly?

Many thanks!
