Quick Access Toolbar save settings

First: As one often has to refresh Windows to get it back working it is annoying that Office settings are returned to default.

I've customized the Quick Access Toolbar with a couple of buttons that are not easily location in the list of available buttons, as there is no search function there.

How do I save and restore the customizations of Office products?

Second: How do I add a button to the Quick Access Toolbar of Word  to switch Text bounderies and Text crop marks on and off?

    Export import is cool..Thanks man!

I have quit a number of win 10 systems and typically after 12 to 17 weeks the modern apps stop working, or the store app doesnt respond, or the system is no longer activated. I guess i'm just unlucky.
