Dear Help. I have a new HP laptop running Windows 10 home. I recently installed Office 2016 pro plus en-us version 1609 Build 73692024. the activate window opened and I entered the key, it asked me if I wanted to continue using word? I continued to File/Account and as you can see in the first picture it says "Product activated" after looking around the page I clicked on "show additional licensing information" the result you can see from picture 2. I ran the comparability tests, ie. Word/Right click/open in location/Right click/Troubleshoot etc. and the message I get is that this application is incompatible. No one can tell me if this is as it should be, not even the supplier of the product. I would like to know.

a) Do I have a problem?

b) If I have a problem, how do I fix it!!!!

Please see attached 2X pictures of my problem

    It looks like you have a minor problem.

    In the second capture it appears that you managed to get 2 installations of Pro Plus on your computer. Don't ask me how, to the best of my knowledge it shouldn't happen

    I have a similar example that is explainable because they are 2 different bundles:

    <snip>

    ... after looking around the page I clicked on "show additional licensing information" the result you can see from picture 2

    </snip>

    Which page did you look on to find that "show additional licensing info" link/button?

    Go into the "Programs and Features" dialog.   Look to see if you have more than one copy of Office installed. If you do, uninstall one, AND do an Office repair of the remaining one.

    Or, since it seems your system is working OK, "let sleeping dogs lie". Leave things alone until you do have a real problem.
