Map of my folder structure in Share Point

Hi,

I have a top level folder and sub folders within a Share site Point. I have been asked if there is a way we can see a map of the hierarchy and structure of all folders from the top down.

I cant see anything looking in the settings, so I though I would ask the experts!

Any assistance would be appreciated.

thanks

Paul

    hi paul,

    thanks for your update.

according to the picture you provided, we would like to tell you that it is not feasible to achieve the map structure you mentioned. however, we can check the hierarchy of the site by enabling tree view and content and structure.

about tree view, please refer to the structure below:

besides, by default, the "content and structure" feature is not available until you activate the "sharepoint server publishing infrastructure" site collection feature from site collection administration.

to activate this feature, go to site settings > site collection administration > site collection features > activate sharepoint server publishing infrastructure

once you activate the feature, content and structure will show up in site administration.

    regards,

    yoga

    Hi Paul,

You can enable tree view to check the hierarchy of the site, including libraries.

Go to Site settings > Navigation Elements > Enable Tree View.

Another way is to use Content and Structure feature.

Site Settings > Site Administration > Content and Structure

If you cannot find these options, see:

    Enable publishing features

Features enabled in a SharePoint Online publishing site

If you need further assistance, please let us know.

    Regards,

    Jim

thanks -i was able to enable tree view. not sure if that view will be enough for the people that have made the request. i have a feeling they want something like this:        so they can see the toplevel folder and all other sub folders within.....
