cant get image capture on microsoft password reset right

Hi I'm trying to reset my Microsoft password. Normally I can do this easily but at the moment I am having problems with resetting a password.  The image capture for resetting the password is driving me mad.  I have typed in several attempts of replicating the password I don't get it correct according to Microsoft and it doesn't verify. Obviously I've refreshed it several times, I've also tried the audio capture option and can't get that correct.  It isn't that easy to hear, or there is the American spelling issue, or the accent issue etc etc. so that is harder. 

Is there something going on with image capture and password resets with Microsoft passwords I am sure I did this not so long back without a problem.
