Remove name from comments in a Word document

When reviewing a document and adding a comment on the right hand side of the page, is there a way to delete the name so just the comment appears? Many thanks for any help.

You may try the suggestion given by Suzanne S. Barnhill replied on April 14, 2014 about a similar issue to check if it helps.
