Microsoft Access 2016

I have installed the new Office 2016. We have a database that has a button that says Print Me (this will print our invoices). Usually this button will print to a PDF file for emailing to clients. Since I have installed the new office this button is no longer working. Does anyone know a solution? I get the message Microsoft couldn't print your object. Make sure the specified printer is installed. I am using the newest Adobe PDF. It is acting like it isn't recognizing the Adobe PDF. I have made Acrobat the default printer and still nothing.

Any help is greatly appreciated.

I did try this and it didn't work either.

I am at a loss as to where to go from here.

It shouldn't be necessary to do that (though these days you never know!) Have you tried opening the Printers n Control Panel and removing and re-adding the PDFprinter?

Yes the database was built with an older version. I have had this issue before when a new Acrobat has been installed. It seems if I uninstalled access and reinstalled it, it worked and recognized the new Acrobat version. I am not sure how to uninstall/reinstall access without making a complete mess of things.

Hard to say without seeing the code behind the button. Was this database built in an older version of Access? Is it in a Trusted Location? More info please!
