Errors Syncing OneNote

I'm getting two different error messages when attempting to sync a OneNote notebook on my desktop: 1. You may not have sufficient permissions or hard disk space. (Error code: 0xE0000644), 2. An error occurred while attempting to sync this section or notebook. (Error code: 0xE40107D5). I've tried closing the notebook, restarting my machine, copying the section to a new section, none of which have worked. I'm able to open the notebook in OneDrive, but the new section I've created isn't showing up there either.

I think it is a OneDrive problem. And MS Onedrive support is not helping me. If their end is screwed up, what are their paid subscribers to do? Move over to EverNote? I've used OneNote since 2011.

    This is pathetic.

Please explain how to remove credentials and where. My sections in a notebook are not opening in the cloud either.
