Getting error while sending an email

Hi, one of our users try to send an email and getting the following error:

Delivery has failed to these recipients or groups:

Your message wasn't delivered. Despite repeated attempts to deliver your message, the recipient's email system refused to accept a connection from your email system.

Contact the recipient by some other means (by phone, for example) and ask them to tell their email admin that it appears that their email system is refusing connections from your email server. Give them the error details shown below. It's likely that the recipient's email admin is the only one who can fix this problem.

This usually results from trying to connect to a service that is inactive on the remote host - that is, one with no server application running.     it shows that Exchange Online service could not establish the connection between your organization and the recipient's mail server

    Please try to send a test mail to another partner from the recipient side, such as ******@recipientside.com, to confirm whether this issue relates to the recipient mailbox or the organization-level

    also send mail to other external domains to ensure the outbound mails work well.

    Hi AboveBeyond123,

    Based on the NDR message, the recipient’s mail system refuses to accept emails sent from your organization. In this situation, please first check if the SPF record is added correctly for your domain in Office 365. For your reference: Add a TXT record for SPF to help prevent email spam Also, you may contact the recipient side and ask their admin to whitelist your domain to see if there is any improvement.

    If the issue persists, I’d like to collect the following information for further troubleshooting:

    1. Check if any other users in your organization send emails to users in this specific organization.

    2. Check if the affected user send emails to internal users or other external ones normally.

    1. Please provide the detailed mail header via private message.

    Hi, I have the same Issue, the SPF and the MX Record was added correctly. the error is only with one mail domain.
