Major issues contact support team

We have been having big issues trying to get in contact with the Microsoft Support team responsible for the API used is deployed content to the Microsoft Store. (Tokens created on Azure stopped being trusted.) We have been able to create a couple of tickets and did get some email response but there was no way of replying to the emails and we could never find the correct ticketing system.

Does anyone know how to get in touch with the support team?
