My error message is "FastFoto Scanning Error. The scanner encountered a problem. Error code: TWCC_EP_BAD RESOLUTION"
Items are going through the scanner fine, but this error comes up erratically and essentially shuts down the scanning program and I have to restart. There is no visible disparity of the photo resolutions. It's causing a giant headache. Seems to happen most often when using the carrier sheet mode.
