Edge Keeps Refreshing on SharePoint

Microsoft Edge browser keeps refreshing my SharePoint page. Hope someone can help me fix this.

Hi Capitol,

You can firstly clear Edge and IE cache, and then check if there are some improvements.

For Edge

Open Edge>Click "…">Settings>Clear browsing data

Select the data we want to clear

For IE, see this article.

If the issue persists, I'd like to confirm the following things:

1.Check if the issue occurs in IE and other browsers (e.g. Firefox, Chrome). To find IE, click Windows Start button>All apps>Windows Accessories>Internet Explorer. It can help us know if the issue is only related to Edge.

2.Do you encounter the issue via clicking SharePoint tile after signing to Office portal? By "refreshing", does the page redirect between some URLs or refresh at the same URL?

3.In Edge, check if you can directly access the two URLs below with your work/school account:

https://domain.sharepoint.com/\_layouts/15/sharepoint.aspx SharePoint Home Page

https://domain.sharepoint.com/\_layouts/15/start.aspx#/SitePages/Home.aspx Team site home page

4.Do other users in your tenant encounter the same issue? Is it your personal computer or a domain joined computer in your Office? If it is convenient, change to another computer and see if the issue occurs. It let us know if the issue is related to specific computer.
