Can't find Web Service asmx

I'm using Visual Studio 2019
I can't find Web Service, no asmx file
Looking for new item there alost nothing to choose from.

I installed all I need.
I read here that I should use WCF service application instead, but niether this exist - https://social.msdn.microsoft.com/Forums/sqlserver/en-US/8080ed27-3ebf-493d-8faf-e74b8480ddd4/cannot-find-web-service-template?forum=vssetup

Anyone can help me ? I really need to get my progect get going today.

    Select the project node in Solution Explorer before performing these operations. Currently it seems that you have selected the solution node.
