ActiveX control flashing, glitching, resizing.

I have been stuck with this problem for longer than i can remember now and i really need a fix.

I cannot put into words what is going on here better than the title, and to further explain, I have to use a video here.

Basically in this video, I show you in design mode, everything looks fine, but as soon as I come out of it, all the active X labels, and also buttons (which aren't shown in the video) all start look overlap, glitch, and just generally look very corrupt when scrolling.

    Active X controls are up to date, nothing has changed.

    I'm sorry but how is doing that on IE going to effect my problem which happens on MS Word...?

    Where would i update active X manually, i was under the impression it should always be up to date.

    Also windows 10 on a laptop.

    I believe this problem is tied to resolution.
