Cannot change payment method

I want to renew my Office 365 Business Premium subscription which is about to expire next week.

From the Admin Center, I go to Billing->Subscriptions->Renew and place my order.

In the final step, the only available payment method is by Credit Card. I would like to pay by Bank Transfer, is this possible?

Hi Aaron,

thanks for your reply...this issue has been resolved, now I can see bank transfer as available payment method.

Sorry that I cannot mark your response as 'helpful' or 'Solved my problem', because I had also created a Service Request for the issue and I think my problem was solved due to this.

George

Hi George,

When we buy Office 365, we can choose to pay by credit card or bank account, pay by invoice, or pay by using a prepaid product key. For your scenario, I suggest you firstly update the payment from credit card to bank account and then renew your subscription.

Here are two articles for your reference:

Add, update, or remove a credit card or bank account in Office 365 for business.

Best Regards,

Aaron
