I'm assuming that you are typing in data manually in a table.
Try:
- Select a cell within the range of cells you want in the table.
- Click Insert and then select Table. Or Keyboard shortcut : Press Ctrl+T or Ctrl+L.
- Excel will display a Create Table dialog box.
This should make your table dynamic which then will refresh properly.
If you are getting the data externally, he best way to do accomplish what you are looking for is by linking to the data file.
