to understand your exact situation, could you help to answer the following questions?
- do you mean when you click the "access your office 365" link from the setup email, then you got the runtime error?
- could you capture the screenshots about the verification email and the runtime error?
to insert a screenshot, please click use rich formatting > insert/edit media > browse... > insert.
- will the issue occur if you copy the link and open the url in other browsers or inprivate mode?
