'CAN'T DISPLAY ONLINE SERVICES. Sorry we had a server issue and can't display your connected services. Please try again.'  It seems that after installing Office 2016, none of the applications can connect properly.

I have a brand new PC Lenovo, Windows 10 home, office 365 plus, and I am a student. It has 480GB SSD, 8GB ram Intel i5 72000u memory

I wish I had a picture, I can sync my drive however I cannot add my onedrive or sharepoint to any of my MS apps. Nor can I save to my onedrive from word, excel, and they also have trouble "not responding" for a minute or two?

In addition I would try to 'sign in" via the yellow sign in button at the top of the document and in the sharepoint/onedrive prompt. I enter my email and password. And then the prompt disappears. But nothing changes.

I can log in to my office 365 plus account in chrome, IE, and firefox, including my drive. However I cannot connect my office apps with my drive.

Yes, my profile is a basic outlook email, the office subscription is office 365, solely mine. Yes its a student version, no I did not reach the install limit and yes I disactivated the other license not in use.

I have tried installing/uninstalling office a couple times, I have restarted the computer. Mulitple times.

I have contacted  university its, the store where I bought the computer,  microsoft, etc without an answer.

Please help me I am stressed out and having anxiety over this.

    Hi,

Based on the description that you’ve provided, we’ll need more information to properly address your concern. To isolate your concern, we’d like to ask a few questions:

    • Are you using Proxy or VPN for your Internet connection?
    • Have you tried updating all security information on your Microsoft Account?
    • Did you install the latest Windows update? Click Start > type check for updates in the search box and click the first result > click Check for Updates.

In the meantime, we suggest that you run the Network troubleshooter on your computer. To do this, follow the steps below:

    1. Go to Control Panel and click Network and Internet.
    2. Select Network and Sharing Center and click Troubleshoot problems.
    3. Run these Internet troubleshooters one-by-one and click Next.

We’ll wait for your response. Any additional input from your end would be highly appreciated.
