Workflow not working

Question

I have created a flow in Microsoft Flow and it should get triggered when i receive an email in a shared mailbox and create a new task in a sharepoint task.

I have tried to create another flow to check different users mailbux with the same result(it does not get triggered)

If i set a schedule to create a task and send an email back to the sender it works.

What am i doing wrong? Any help would be appreciated.
