    Hi Mujtaba,

Please follow the suggestion provided by Jason to repair Office. If the issue persists, please provide the following information:

    1. Please provide the screenshot of Office 2016 Product Information. To get this screenshot, open Word or Excel 2016 on your system, click File>Account, capture the screenshot of all the information mentioned under Product Information. (Note*: please remove any sensitive information from the screenshot such as email address or full name etc.).*
    2. You mentioned the document gets corrupted when saving to the Desktop. Have you tried saving to a different location such as D drive or Document folder etc.? Does the document still get corrupted?
    3. How did you find out the document is corrupted? Do you get any error or unable to open the document? Please provide the screenshot of the corrupted document.
    4. Please confirm if this is happening to new document when saving to desktop? Try moving the existing documents from other folder to desktop, check if you see the same behavior.

    Thanks,

    Neha
