Newsletter style view for list in modern SP?

I am trying to display a list on my site page using web parts. However, I want the columns of my list to be displayed as rows (i.e. vertical format). Apparently this was possible in classic SharePoint by editing the view and changing the "style" to "newsletter." How can I do this without using scripts in modern SP? Is it possible?

    Per my knowledge, Newsletter style only works in the classic experience. There is no option to display Newsletter style for list in the modern SharePoint.
