Hi,

I'm seeing the following pop up in PolicyAgent.log on my computers and trying to figure out what's going on. How do I start to troubleshoot this? Based on some other articles I've read I tried using the Deployment Monitoring Tool but can't find that GUID (7D69A1C9-58EB-425C-AAD5-B372709F5AC0) listed. Any help appreciated. Thanks.

    Hi,

It is recommended to first check whether the mp is healthy.
We could Check following 2 web Url’s are accessible:
     http://<MPServerFQDN>/sms_mp/.sms_aut?mpcert

If there's any error browsing above mentioned URL, then there is a problem with MP.
Then we could check the related log files like mpcontrol.log and CcmMessaging.log to find if there is any information about the error.
