CSP Relationship Error

We are transitioning our clients from Advisor to CSP relationships. When I sent our first client the relationship request link, she clicked on it and received the error message of "Failed to accepted delegated administration offer" and now I can't seem to access their account at all. Can anyone help me?

Hi Ginny,

Before you can start administering a client's account, the client must authorize you as a delegated administrator. To get client approval, you first send them an offer for delegated administration, which you can include with a trial invitation or purchase offer. You can also offer delegated administration to your client at a later time.

Right, and I did all of that, and when the client went to approve the relationship, she received the previously mentioned error. We are in the process of finishing an email migration for the client to O365 and are trying to set them up as a CSP client vs. their current status of "advisor."
