Odd scroll behavior in Access 2016

Been seeing odd scroll behavior in Access forms.  In a multi-record form the mouse wheel doesn't scroll through the records.  Grabbing the slider on the scroll bar and dragging it, does show the tip showing which record you are at, but doesn't move the records when released. Clicking above and below the slider does seem to work properly. Click at the top or bottom of the scroll bar, or holding down on the bottom or top rolls through the records as well. It is just the scroll wheel on the mouse, and sliding the button that doesn't work as it used to.

This is on multiple PCs, multiple installations of Access 2016 (most from some O365 subscription, both consumer and business) and with multiple DBs.

Anyone else?

Got an email about this exchange from MS, wondering if my issue is resolved and whether I could mark an answer. Well, while I appreciate Daniel's link to the issue being known, I hesitate to mark that as a resolution to my problem.

It is still a bug in Access. Information at the link notes that "The Microsoft Access Dev Team is aware of the issue and has indicated that a fix should be rolling out shortly as part of 1709." I imagine that is a reference to the update expected in the latter part of 2017, Sep(09), Fall, Autumn, Creators Update Part II. Not sure why a UI bug in one Office app needs to wait for an OS refresh, but hey, what do I know. We will see if it is resolved after that rollout.

I am updating this in the off chance someone from the Access Dev team can shed some light on the progress.

Well, thanks. Appreciate that. I can sort of live with it, assuming they will fix it 'shortly'.

It's a new bug introduced by a recent update, see http://www.devhut.net/2017/08/04/access-2016-form-scrolling-doesnt-work/
