Hi Md. ShamimReza,

For point 1, please download Internet Explorer 10 via this page.

For point 2, as I understand, the user you shared SharePoint site with cannot sync documents in that site.

First, please make sure the options are set as the followings.

  1. Settings in SharePoint admin center.

          1)  Go to your SharePoint admin center via this link: contoso-admin.sharepoint.com. Please note that you

need to replace contoso with your tenant name.

           2)  Click Settings in left pane, and make sure your settings is the same as the following picture and click OK:           2.  Settings in the SharePoint library which you want to sync files from.

Navigate to library settings>Advanced settings, scroll down to Office Client Availability, make sure the

option under Allow items from this document library to be downloaded to offline clients is set to Yes                  and click OK.

       3.  Settings in Site Settings.

Navigate to the site you want to share and go to Site Settings>Search>Search and Offline Availability, make sure the option under Allow items from this site to the downloaded to offline clients is set to Yes, and click OK.

After you make sure the settings are set as above, please try re-share the site to check if the user can sync files.

If the problem persists,  we'd like to confirm the following information for further troubleshooting:

  1. Is the user you shared site with in your organization or an external user
  2. How did you shared the site? Did you click SHARE button first and input the user's email address to share the site?

Please capture a screenshot of the permission level you select when you share the site.

      3. We'd like to confirm the sharing settings on your SharePoint admin center, please share with us a screenshot

like the following picture for further troubleshooting:

     4.  Can you sync files in the site?

For downloading OneDrive for Business, we suggest you download the new OneDrive sync client via

new OneDrive sync client

For point 3, we suggest you using Internet Explorer 10 to check if the error message appears.

Regards,

Joanne
